Shipping and Return Policies
We're continuing to print and ship orders in a timely way. Things are still moving slowly with the pandemic.
When your order is shipped you'll receive a tracking number.

Sara Parker Textiles ships worldwide from Georgia, USA.
Domestic and International shipping rates are calculated by weight and carrier at checkout.
All Georgia, USA addresses receive free shipping.
If you need your order in a hurry, please let us know by emailing Sara at email@example.com and we can set up a rush order service.
You will receive an email and tracking number (where applicable) when your order ships.
In order to keep our waste to a minimum, most fabrics are printed to order. Yardage orders typically ship within 2-3 weeks, unless the pattern is in stock. If you need your fabric in a hurry, please let us know by emailing Sara at firstname.lastname@example.org. Yardage orders are shipped folded in a recyclable mailer. Orders over 4 yards will be shipped on a roll.
In-stock samples will ship immediately. To request samples, please complete this form. Samples are complimentary and ship free. International orders are charged for shipping.
In stock products:
Fabric bundles, remnants, 1/4 yard cuts, and kits will be shipped within 5 business days of receipt of payment.
We want you to love your new purchase! If you have received an incorrect fabric or there is a mistake, please email us at email@example.com and we will correct your order.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your fabric purchase, we accept returns on cut fabric yardage if the fabric has not been altered in any way. Please email Sara within 15 days of receipt to process returns at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not accept returns on fabric bundles, remnant fabrics, 1/4 yard cuts, kits, gift certificates or international orders.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced fabric yardage may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
